Mother Monster Lady Gaga is engaged! The eccentric singer who has been dating her actor boyfriend Taylor Kinney for almost four years announced Taylor proposed with a heart shaped diamond ring on Valentine's Day.
The couple first met on the 2011 set of her "You & I" music video. They've been dating ever since. Congrats to them.
