Malala Yousafzai, school girl from Pakistan, is known all over the world for her activism and her being a spokesperson of all the girls who want to get education donates N16.4m to Nigerian Fund helping girls and women get education.
A famous portrait of Malala doing her homework was sold for $102,500 at an auction in New York this Wednesday.
In response to crisis in Nigeria involved mainly in over 200 girls being abducted by radical islamist group Boko Haram, Malala launched a fund to help fight the crisis in Nigeria.
The author of the painting is Jonathan Yeo from Britain, shows Malala doing her homework when she started going to school in Birmingham, England, where she resides. READ MORE
