JAMB: UTME will be conducted in 7 other countries

The Registrar, Dibu Ojerinde, confirmed this March 28, 2014, Friday, while briefing the journalists at the University of Ilorin.

He said the examination, scheduled for April, would also take place in Ghana, South Africa, Cameroon, Saudi Arabia, Ivory Coast, the U.K. and the Republic of Benin.

Mr Ojerinde urged Nigerians not to leave the country for “education tourism abroad”.

According to him, the Ghanaian education was not better than Nigeria’s, advised those leaving to get back.
